Rental Requirements
Must be 25 years old to sign a rental contract
To reserve a date 50% of the rental fee + $250 Damage deposit due
Security cameras are in use inside and outside the facility
Make reservations for the appropriate number of guests, we will set up the tables and chairs according to that number and reserve the right to use security cameras to confirm that detail.
No pets
No smoking inside
No tape, pins, or nails are to be used on the facility
No open flames or candles
The facility is to be left in broom-clean condition, disposing of all trash and food. Detailed instructions will be provided.
All laws and regulations must be observed when alcohol is served.
